What is the Licence Committee that Hears Representations?

This committee is our first-stage licensing decision appeal mechanism, and consists of independent members who are not Authority members. The procedure for representations is set out in the HF&E (Procedure for Revocation, Variation or Refusal of Licences) Regulations 2009. Matters considered by the Licence Committee that Hears Representations may also subsequently be considered by our Appeals Committee.
