Dame Penelope Keith

Dame Penelope was one of our first Authority (Board) members from 1992-1996 and played a key role in many of the early decisions made by the HFEA as we established ourselves as a regulator.

She is remembered by our long-serving members of staff as a “prominent, jolly character around the office”.
