Information Governance Project Manager

Fixed term contract (one year)

Location: London

Salary: £36,000 plus benefits

We are looking for a fixed-term, full time Information Governance Project Manager to lead a project to review the HFEA’s information governance processes and policies, to make sure that we store, manage and share information appropriately. The post holder will make recommendations and lead the implementation of agreed approaches.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can work effectively as part of a team, and who has good project management skills – including a good working knowledge of information governance and access legislation and policy. You should also be able to demonstrate experience of establishing information governance and management policies and practices, in a public sector environment.

Given the varied nature of this role, good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively is a key. You will also be educated to degree level with good IT skills.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the Intelligence team to help ensure that everyone in the UK affected by assisted reproduction receives high quality care. You will have the chance to make a real and tangible difference to our work and the lives of patients.

Regulatory Policy Manager

Permanent contract

Location: London

Salary: £36,000 plus benefits

We are looking for a permanent full time Regulatory Policy Manager to project manage regulatory policy projects and reviews. A key part of this role will be to ensure that the Code of Practice, consent forms and other regulatory tools are up to date and effective. You will provide secretariat support to committees, working groups or stakeholder groups. You will provide guidance and information, both internally and externally, on matters of Authority policy. The successful candidate will also be self-motivated and highly organised, with an ability to understand and present the complex legal, ethical and scientific issues in assisted reproduction.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience of policy or inspection work, preferably in a regulatory context, and project management. You should have good written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills. You will be educated to degree level in a scientific, clinical or other relevant subject, with knowledge or academic experience in ethics, law, the social sciences or biomedical science.
