Acromicric Dysplasia (ACMICD)

OMIM number: 102370

Comments closing date: 05/06/2025

FBN1-related cromicric dysplasia causes noticable
skeletal abnormalities (short stature,
small/malformed hands and joint pain), but it
generally considered a non-life-threatening
skeletal dysplasia with normal intellectual
development and no major internal organ
involvement. It is inherited in an autosomal
dominant manner, which means that 50% of
offspring may be affected.
