New business plan for 2018 – 2019

This business plan reflects our strategic focus on using our new Register and electronic data submission system to provide an enhanced range of information for patients and clinics.

We will also work with the sector to improve the leadership culture within clinics, encouraging them to be more responsive to patients’ emotional needs, as well as their treatment.

The activities set out in this business plan will help us to deliver our strategic objectives in 2018/19, in the interests of high quality care for everyone affected by fertility treatment.
