    The Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) gives the public the right to access information held by central government, local government and other public organisations. The Act is intended to improve openness and accountability in the public sector.

    Do you need more information from the HFEA? Fill out our information request form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

  • Our publication scheme

    The HFEA undertakes to regularly review this Publication Scheme and update it where necessary, subject to approval from the Information Commissioner's Office.

  • FOI disclosure log

    The disclosure log displays a selection of responses the HFEA has issued to requests for information made under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
