Fertility - Have your say
Would you like to have your say on fertility issues?
HFEA, the UK regulator of fertility treatment, and Ipsos MORI, the well-known opinion research organisation, are seeking your views on fertility treatment to inform the continuing improvement of services for people going through fertility treatment.
We are looking for people who are having or have had fertility treatment to take part over the next year and beyond.
How to take part
If you are a current fertility patient (male or female) and would like to take part, please send your:
- full name,
- email address,
- postal address and
- telephone number
to fertility@ipsos.com or call freephone 0808 238 5423.
We will give you the choice to take part in a number of ways, including:
- Giving your views on our materials, literature etc.
- Taking part in an online survey
- Taking part in a postal survey
- Coming along to a discussion group
All information will be held in confidence by Ipsos MORI.
