Chief Executive's Letters

Chief Executive's letters notify licensed centres of changes to HFEA operating procedures. They also provide relevant information about developments at the HFEA.

Sent by the Chief Executive, the letters tell centres what they are expected to do in light of the procedural change. If a centre fails to comply with a procedural change outlined in a Chair's letter, its licence could be amended, suspended or revoked.
