22-05-2008: As the appeal has not yet been determined, the Authority has granted a licence to the Assisted Reproduction and Gynaecology Centre, London (ARGC), which is valid until the 31st July 2008. Details are below.

18-01-2008: The Crawley Hospital and the Surrey and Sussex Fertility Centre (Redhill) have had their treatment licences suspended from 17 January 2008. Read the Notice of Suspension setting out the reasons for the decisions.

16 January 2008 - ARGC Latest: The Authority has offered a licence to the Assisted Reproduction and Gynaecology Centre, London (ARGC), pending the determination of an appeal by the centre's Person Responsible against a decision of the Licensing Committee made in July 2007 (see below for details of this decision). If accepted, the licence will be valid until 17 May 2008.
