You first contact point at the HFEA is the inspector responsible for your clinic - listed below.  If for some reason you are unable to make contact with your inspector, please contact the Team Leader, Barbara Lewis, on 020 7291 8258, or barbara.lewis@hfea.gov.uk

If you are not a member of staff at an HFEA-licensed clinic (for example, a patient, GP or other medical professional), please contact the HFEA by email:  admin@hfea.gov.uk.  Do NOT use the contact details below, even if your query relates to an HFEA-licensed clinic, as this will delay the response you will receive from us. Thank you.

(If you are a patient enquiring about an import of export license submitted to the HFEA by your clinic, please note that because the applications are made by the clinic, we can only discuss the applications with staff from that clinic)
