Public meetings - Tell us what you think

As part of the consultations, we are very keen to hear the views of all our stakeholders.

In addition to the online questionnaires we are holding the following public meetings:

• Manchester - Wednesday 14 January 2009
• London (focussing on PGD only) - Monday 26 January 2009
• Bristol - Thursday 29 January 2009
• London - Wednesday 11 February 2009

Have your say - Patient focus group meetings

Engaging with patients is important to us and with this in mind we are holding two patient focus groups. These meetings will help us to find out more about how we should present information about clinics in order to best inform patient choice.

Two early evening events are taking place:

London - Tuesday 9 December (6.30 - 8.30pm)
Birmingham - Wednesday 10 December (6.30 - 8.30pm)

HFEA Open Authority Meeting - Edinburgh

The next Open Authority meeting will be held on 17 December 2008 at the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh.

Amongst other agenda items the Authority will be considering:

• the information and guidance we provide to patients who are considering travelling abroad for treatment
• latest information and feeedback on our consultations
