Summary of request

The Authority was asked to answer questions concerning harassment of HFEA staff.

1. How many incidents of harassment, which may include (but is not limited to) threatening emails, phone calls or post, intimidating behaviour etc, against staff working either directly for the HFEA or those who work with the HFEA, and which have been brought to the attention of the HFEA in some manner between 01/01/2011 and 31/12/2012?

a) date of the incident: n/a

b) what form the harassment took (emails, letters, physical abuse etc): n/a

c) whether any course of action was taken in response to the harassment (e.g. was it reported to the police): n/a

d) who the harassment was targeted at (I appreciate that identifying details may need to be redacted, so please provide a loose description of the role of the person being targeted e.g. administrator, researcher etc): n/a

 

e) whether the person was the subject of harassment on more than one occasion, and if so, how many times did the harassment occur: n/a

 

f) whether the perpetrator was caught: n/a
