Summary of request
The Authority was asked for data since 2004 regarding newly registered donors for each year.

Please find the information requested in the table below. As a number of form types were in use over the data range requested and not all recorded marital status, included is a table that gives a breakdown of what was received in each year.
As the definition of 'single' can be slightly ambiguous three tables have been included, each with a slightly different definition of 'single'. Each definition is included in the title of the table.
As the numbers become fewer than five we have replaced them '<5'. This is to ensure that we do not release what might be used to identify people to whom we owe a duty of care.
