Ms Gemma Hobcraft
Biography
Ms Gemma Hobcraft is a Barrister in private practice in London.
She has a strong background in sexual and reproductive health and rights. Ms Hobcraft was a founding member of the Youth Coalition, which is an organisation of young advocates working internationally for Sexual and Reproductive Rights.
Since 1999 she has advocated for young people’s sexual and reproductive rights at the national, regional and international level - at UN and other meetings. She has provided training for young people on human rights and advocacy in this area.
Her LL.M in Human Rights Law dissertation was written on access to Artificial Reproductive Technologies (ART).
Gemma is a member of the Executive Committee of the Human Rights Lawyers Association and a Trustee of Brook London. Gemma has not declared any political activity.
