Summary of request
The Authority was asked for treatment cycle data for the years 2007-2010 for three clinics - Hull IVF unit, the Centre for Reproductive Medicine and Fertility Sheffield and the Leeds Centre for Reproductive Medicine. In particular, information was requested about patients receiving their first treatment cycle aged 35 and under.

Information about the number of patients receiving different treatment types and how many embryos were transferred in their cycle is set out in the attached documents. Please note that for data protection reasons it is our policy not to disclose figures of 5 or less in a dataset and in the attached documents these have been replaced with asterisks.
