Summary of request
The Authority was asked for information about the use of government procurement cards (GPC) issued to staff at the HFEA. Specifically, each transaction made by the HFEA on GPCs, including the supplier, date and value of the transaction, for the last 3 financial years for which figures are available and for any charges in the current year.
HFEA response
The information requested for the years '09/10 and '10/11 has previously been disclosed under the FOI Act and is available on the HFEA website at http://www.hfea.gov.uk/6588.html . As this information is reasonably accessible via the HFEA website, it is exempt from disclosure under section 21 FOIA and this part of the request is, accordingly, refused.
The information requested for the financial years '08/09 and '11/12 (01/04/2011 to 31/07/2011) is attached. Please note that credits are marked as figures in brackets.
