Summary of request
The Authority was asked for a list of staffing profiles, in yearly batches, for each IVF centre listed in HFEA’s internal database between 1 January 2000 and 1 January 2007, with the following details:
· Year of profiles
· Clinic ID
· No of accredited consultants
· No of embryologists
· No of ICSI practitioners
· No of nursing staff
· No of other medical staff included in licence
