Summary of Request

The Authority was asked to supply copies of all the pages from notebooks pertaining to the inspection of centre 0017 on 2nd December 2005.

This response has been prepared in line with the Authority's obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 ('FOI').

You requested pages from notebooks relating to an inspection which took place on 2 December 2005. I have recalled information from our off site storage facility and searched our electronic records and the notebooks are not available. At the time of the inspection, the inspectorate did not routinely keep notebooks for this type of inspection.
