HFEA 4TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE

As you will recall the HFEA will be holding its annual conference on 19 September. The venue will be City University, in the Oliver Thompson Lecture Theatre, Northampton Square, London EC1V. Please see the enclosed map for details of how to get there.

The attached programme gives an outline of the day's events. I would be grateful if you could let us know whether you are able to attend by filling in the attached form and returning it in the freepost envelope provided by 31 August 1994.

Unfortunately, the Authority will not be able to pay travelling expenses incurred or a fee for the day.
