Dear Colleague,

HFEA Publications

As you will be aware, the HFEA has recently published its redesigned Patients' Guide to DI and IVF clinics. Three leaflets previously printed by the HFEA (Questions to Ask, IVF and DI) are now incorporated within the redesigned Guide and therefore are no longer available as distinct publications. However, we will still provide centres with the two leaflets "Egg Donation" and "Sperm & Egg Donors and the Law". The leaflet, "The Role of the HFEA", is no longer in stock, but a new leaflet, '"Who we are and what we do", will shortly be published. You will be sent copies of this leaflet as soon as possible.

We are able to send out Patients' Guides to centres in multiples of fifteen at a charge of £10 for postage. Alternatively, centres have the option of sending their own courier to collect them. The Annual Report, as you may be aware, is available from The Stationery Office (tel: 0870 600 5522) at a charge of £10.

All of the above material is, of course, available on the HFEA's website, www.hfea.gov.uk. You or your patients may wish to access and print off information from that source.
