Dear Colleague,

Circulation of HFEA Publications to Centre Staff

The HFEA has become aware that, on occasion, HFEA material is not being circulated to all centre staff who should be made aware of its contents. The HFEA relies on you to ensure that HFEA publications and announcements are brought in a timely fashion to the attention of all relevant persons who work at your centre. We encourage each Person Responsible to put in place systems that will enable the speedy circulation of HFEA letters, leaflets and general publications. With this in mind you may wish to ask your centre's inspector co-ordinator to arrange for another member of your staff to receive a copy of any HFEA material sent to you. I understand that this is already the arrangement in some centres.
