I am a single woman undergoing treatment at a clinic using donor sperm or embryos created using donor sperm. How will the new parenthood law affect me?

The new parenthood law will not affect single women undergoing treatment using donor sperm at licensed clinics. You will be the mother of the child. The donor, because he has donated through a licensed clinic, will not be the father.
