Import and export of gametes and embryos

If you would like to import or export gametes or embryos, please read general Direction 0006 - Import and export of gametes and embryos.

If you cannot meet the requirements, you may wish to apply for Special Directions via the HFEA Clinic Portal 

 

What the forms are for:	Embryo and Gamete Movement – In Records all embryos and gametes coming into storage at your centre. Embryo and Gamete Movement – Out Records all embryos and gametes removed from storage at your centre for reasons other than treatment.
