Business Plan 2011 - 2012

This business plan sets out the programme of work the HFEA plans to deliver in the current business year.  This includes delivery of our core regulatory business alongside regulatory improvements building on previous work, and efforts to increase the effectiveness of regulation for centres. 

The business plan naturally acknowledges the realities of the changing regulatory landscape and includes work we are doing to prepare ourselves for the continuing changes in the ALB (Arm's Length Body) sector.  Change management and preparing for the future in keeping with Government decisions will continue to be a focus throughout the 2011/12 business year and beyond.
