Complaints about a fertility clinic
If you feel the conduct of a licensed UK fertility clinic was not up to standard then you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the HFEA.
The HFEA will investigate and follow up on your comments if it is within our jurisdiction to do so.
To begin the process, complete the complaints form and post it (with any supporting documents) to:

Considering complaints
