If you feel the conduct of a licensed UK fertility clinic was not up to standard then you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the HFEA.

The HFEA will investigate and follow up on your comments if it is within our jurisdiction to do so.

To begin the process, complete the complaints form and post it (with any supporting documents) to:

The HFEA is only able to consider certain types of complaints against licensed clinics. To see if we can consider your complaint, contact our compliance team on 020 7291 8245.
